Support the PA

Fundraisers are necessary to raise the money required to provide the best educational opportunities to our children, ALL money raised from our fundraising activities is put directly back into the classroom to benefit the children. We cannot operate without your support.

We are aiming to raise $20,000 for MacBooks and iPads in the STEM classrooms.

If every family donates at least $25, we can meet that goal. All donation amounts are welcome, as ever dollar counts!

Please check the red folders and feel free to send in cash and checks, made out to: P.S. 175Q Parents Association, all in the attached contribution envelope.

3. Collecting Box Tops clipping helps our school earn cash.

4. Volunteer to help our activities. Please lend a hand at our fundraising events, or persuade local businesses to make donations.

The more you and our community contribute, the more we can give back to our children. Our students’ success can only be enhanced with parent involvement.


I have an idea for a fundraiser. How do I submit it?

All ideas are welcome. We do request though that for events you have at least two or three other parents who can be committed to the fundraiser, as they do require a lot of work and we want to ensure it’s success. If it is a sign-up campaign, similar to our Target® and Stop & Shop© endeavors, there is no need for additional parents. Please go to the "Contact" page to submit your concept or comment. And be sure to include your child’s name and classroom.
